We have compiled a list of frequently asked questions that we receive from our customers on a daily basis.

Q: What is the maximum number of people that can stay?
A: Regarding private rooms, we have rooms that can accommodate up to six people.
Dormitory rooms are available with a maximum of 6 people sharing a room.
We also have private rental plans for large groups, so please feel free to contact us.
Q: Can children stay?
A: We are unable to accommodate preschool children.
There is an open void in the shared space on the second floor, which can be dangerous for small children.
Children of elementary school age and above can stay at the hotel, but will be charged the adult rate.
◆Questions about reservations
Q: What is the maximum number of nights I can book?
A: You can make reservations for up to 30 nights.
Q: Can I change the number of people after making a reservation?
A: It is possible to change it.
However, we can only accommodate an increase in staff, and we cannot offer refunds for reductions in staff.
Also, if you made your reservation through a reservation site other than direct booking, you may be able to make changes through the reservation site.
Q: Can I change the date after booking?
A: It is possible to change it.

◆Questions regarding cancellations
Q: Can I cancel?
A: Cancellation is possible.
If you would like to make a direct reservation, please contact Sun Terrace Ishigaki directly.
If you made a reservation through a reservation site, please cancel on the reservation site.
Q: Is there a cancellation fee?
A: The cancellation fee varies depending on when you cancel.
For direct reservations, if you cancel between 30 and 8 days before the check-in date, 20% of the room rate will be charged, and if you cancel between 7 and 2 days before, 50% of the room rate will be charged.
If you cancel the day before, you will be charged 100% of the accommodation fee as a cancellation fee.
For reservations made through other reservation sites, cancellation fees vary depending on the site or plan.

◆Questions regarding check-in and check-out
Q: What are the check-in and check-out times?
A: Check-in time is from 15:00 to 21:00, and check-out time is 10:00.
You can use this facility before check-in and after check-out,
If you arrive earlier than the check-in time, or if you have time before the bus after checking out,
Please feel free to use the facilities as you will be able to relax in the building.
Q: Is it possible to check in and check out outside of these hours?
A: Generally, we do not accept them.
Regarding check-in,
If you will be arriving after 9pm due to unavoidable reasons such as a flight delay, please contact Santa Ruishi.
If you plan on arriving after 9pm for any other reason, an after-hours fee may be charged, so please be sure to let us know in advance.
(Check-ins after 9pm without prior notice will not be accepted.)
Regarding check-out,
If you do not check out by 10:00, you will be charged 1,000 yen for each additional hour.
◆Other questions regarding facility use
Q: Is there barrier-free access?
A: This facility is not barrier-free.
Please note that there are no elevators or ramps.
Q:Is there a parking lot?
A: There is a parking lot adjacent to the hotel that can accommodate up to 8 cars.
Reservations are not required, so please let us know when you check in if you would like to use the service.
The usage fee is 800 yen per night.
(Bicycles and motorbikes can be parked free of charge.)
Q:Is there a place to dry laundry?
A: It is located outdoors.
We also have hangers and clothespins available in limited quantities.
There is a water tap outside so you can wash your marine gear and hang it outside to dry.
